Medicuubeus Return & Refund Policy (Revised Edition)

We sincerely hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms set forth below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused or in acceptable condition (meaning: you may briefly try it on or test it, but the item must show no obvious signs of use, stains, deformation, and must remain in resalable condition);

The item must include original packaging and all accessories (where applicable);

Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

Return requests made after the 30-day period may not be accepted. However, if the laws of your country or region provide for a longer statutory period, such legal provisions shall prevail.

After receiving your request, our customer service team will review your case and provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

3.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A product damaged during shipping;

A defective or malfunctioning product;

An incorrect item that does not match your order;

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and provide:

Your order number;

Photos or videos showing the issue;

A description of the problem.

After verification, Medicuubeus will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

3.2 Customer Preference Returns

If you return an item due to:

Change of mind;

Wrong size/color/model selection;

No longer needing the item;

Then return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In addition, the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued based on the actual amount you paid, and credited back to your original payment method. If you used a coupon or participated in a promotional discount, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the actual payment. Discount portions are not redeemable or refundable as cash.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request order cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is not available, you may request a return after receiving the package, in accordance with this Return Policy.

Shipping Information

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date the order is processed.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to:

Customs clearance;

Public holidays;

Weather conditions;

Carrier delays;

Other circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
